Automating detection of vessels at sea within an un-manned surveillance system, the Ocean Monitoring Workstation works autonomously to analyze gigabytes of radar imagery over vast areas of coastal regions and open ocean. Within minutes, the Ocean Monitoring Workstation presents a few kilobytes of concise information to analysts within their geographic information system.
